Membership of SAPP is open to Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists who have completed the required training through SAPP.

SAPP will also consider requests for membership from Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists or Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists who have completed another BPC registered training in Psychoanalysis, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy or Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

Members are able to attend the association’s professional meetings and are encouraged to participate in the work of training and developing psychoanalytic practice in Scotland.

Applications for membership should be emailed to The Honorary Secretary of SAPP, Sharadha Bain: sharadhabain@yahoo.com

Applicants should attach a CV together with the names and contact details of two referees. One referee should be familiar with your psychoanalytic psychotherapy work and the other should be from your current place of work.
